Overview
The Company Very well established, friendly, expanding and forward thinking. The Position The Advisor is a key role and you will play a major part in the delivery of Environmental Services. The role will be based within an established team dedicated to delivering compliance solutions which sits at the heart of the business. This role presents opportunities to gain knowledge of other areas of the business and to engage in cross-departmental work which allows the individual to expand and develop their skills. You will be part of a team of advisors providing a professional response to enquiries. There will be the opportunity to travel to customer meetings and external events and you will be involved a variety of projects based upon client and business needs. The Person You will be degree educated and you will be confident and outgoing with excellent communications skills and some business to business customer commercial experience, preferably in a customer services environment. You will have a thorough approach to your work and have excellent attention to detail. You will be able to multitask, prioritise and manage your own workload, whilst working well under pressure and to deadlines. You will be highly numerate and able to analyse complex information, whilst remaining customer focused. You will be positive, proactive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be entirely comfortable dealing with external organisations. You will be happy leading external meetings, have good problem-solving skills and be happy to work within a team. You will be totally IT literate and have a good command of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have a driving licence as some travel will be required. The salary is up to £20,000 per annum plus up to 10% corporate bonus and there are excellent holidays and an array of excellent benefits commensurate with those of a dynamic professional organisation.
