Customer Service Job, Stratford Upon Avon Your new company A well-established company working across the UK. This business is looking for hard working and dedicated professionals to join their already excellent team. Your new role You will be working as an outbound customer service advisor for a large company based in Stratford Upon Avon, delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers to update their accounts, using a variety of systems to log calls and maintain the database. This role will require you to make outbound calls so you need to be confident within that environment and not afraid to pick up the phone. The hours for this position will be from 8am to 8pm working every other Saturday so you will need to be flexible between these times. What you'll need to succeed You need not have previous experience within an outbound role, however you would need to have a brilliant telephone manner, as the role requires for you to log calls while discussing customer needs. Previous experience within customer service is vital, and you will need to be confident responding to a vast number of emails in a day with 100% accuracy. You would ideally have strong IT skills and previous systems experience. What you'll get in return This is a permanent position with a starting salary of £17,000 per annum, working 35 hours a week. This business is based in a beautiful office in Stratford Upon Avon, commutable locally with bus routes and the train station.
