Overview
A Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley is seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to join the current team in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will be an experienced dispute resolution solicitor with experience in dealing with a mix of commercial litigation matters including: - partnership & shareholder disputes - construction & engineering disputes - debt recovery - contractual disputes - professional negligence - property litigation It would be a distinct advantage if you had prior experience in dealing with property litigation, company disputes or insolvency matters. The firm is well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality provided to property clients. You will be required to have excellent IT and organisational skills, and should be able to use a Case Management System.
