INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTING SERVICE IT Service Transition, Change, Asset and Configuration Manager Ref: ALC994 £33,797 - £40,322 per annum Join our growing team at UEA IT Services and help shape and transform the services we deliver. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated IT Service Management professional to work in partnership across all IT teams to shape and manage the following disciplines; IT Project Service Transition Assurance IT Service Change Management IT Service Asset and configuration management. You will have experience in developing Service Management processes aligned to ITIL, possess a broad range of IT knowledge and experience, and enjoy working within teams and building effective relationships to make a positive difference. You will use these skills to support colleagues and will also have an operational role supporting our IT Major Incident process. A passion for customer service delivery, problem solving, and excellent communication skills are required.
