Overview

If so, I have a client who is looking to strengthen and magnify their team with someone who wants to grow their skillset knowledge. My client has progressed to a leader in Telecoms Sector and is known for employing proficient and eager personnel. As an Operations Technician your main responsibilities will include: Delivering the agreed scope for their customers in line with the agreed documentation Align and complement the BAU operations for ETOPS customers Collaborating within the ETOPS team to ensure no gaps in cover Collaborating within team and across teams (Specifically Service Desk, Tier III, and eTSC) without prejudice or assumption. While you’ll bring your skills and ability to the role, they offer you plenty in return including: Career development, progression and training Excellent package Competitive Bonus structure Work for global, leading telecom connections There is plenty of on the job training however they expect you to have core experience with the following: Advanced understanding of IP networking (Cisco), also Nokia, Alcatel and Juniper knowledge (Desired) Experience working on Data/IP networks within an operational environment - completing 2nd level diagnostics. Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.
