Overview

An award-winning organisation based in Hatfield are looking for customer focused individuals to join this UK Head Office. This role is initially on a temporary basis however there could be longer term opportunities for the right candidates. Customer Service Advisor - Job Overview You will be working a combination of shifts 5 days out of 7, across Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be rotational and will either be 10:00am - 7:00pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm. Key duties: Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls Providing excellent customer service Prioritising constantly, using initiative and resolving complex issues Extensive liaison with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues Problem solving and coping within a fast paced environment Logging data correctly onto a system Constantly striving for first call resolution on each and every call Customer Service Advisor - Required Skills and Experience The ability to start immediately is essential You must be able to commit to early evenings and weekends Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage Confidence dealing with customers over the phone Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability in maths Strong team player with a real desire to learn and develop Customer Service Advisor - Benefits Offered £10.00ph plus holiday pay Shift times: Monday to Sunday (based on a rota) 10:00am - 7:00pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm (40 hours per week) Potential permanent opportunities Free parking Thank you for your application.
