Customer Liaison Officer Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire Salary: £ 30 to £35k DOE vehicle & overtime Contract: Full Time, Permanent At CLC, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in an environment that is heavily regulated and increasingly customer focussed. To help us improve and deliver this, we are recruiting for a motivated and professional Customer Liaison Office to work within our operational teams across Essex and Hertfordshire. Customer Liaison Officer - The Role: As Customer Liaison Officer, you will have ownership of the customer journey. Managing and investigating incidents and enquiries from both internal and external customer, working closely with the delivery teams to train, educate and improve our processes and build good working relationships across all departments and clients to aid with fact collecting and problem resolution. Responsibilities: Managing and investigate enquiries and incidents via phone, email and face to face in a professional, efficient and competent manner. Managing sensitive and confidential situations on site and information within the office. Monitoring and following up all outstanding cases to resolution as well as maintaining and managing your own workload effectively and efficiently. Gather and present customer contact data for performance reports with summarised analysis of common themes and trends. Customer Liaison Officer - Skills and Experience: We are looking for a confident and professional candidate who has: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, experience of communicating with a wide variety of people You will have experience within a customer service role and complaint handling You must have a strong customer focus and be able to work effectively as part of a team or as an individual.
