Overview
Customer Service Advisor, Castle Doningon £19-21k upto £250 pcm bonus Do you like to work in a vibrant environment working for an industry leading brand who pride themselves on great customer satisfaction ? So what will you be doing as the customer service advisor ? You will be the first point of call for customers who wish to place an order or ask about a particular product You will be processing orders and chasing deliveries, handling customer queries and complaints and supporting the internal and external account executives You will be handling inbound calls and will build a rapport with your customers, sending out samples and offering a small amount of technical support where necessary (full training will be given) You may be asked to attend a trade show or exhibition on occasion So as the customer service advisor what do you need to have ? You will have worked in a customer service or customer facing role and have a good telephone manner Be able to offer product information on specific products Have a good level of IT Skills If you have worked in the textile printing, garment decoration, sublimation or promotional products industry this would be of benefit but is not essential Full UK driving license Full, hands-on training will be provided; and, therefore, this role would suit someone of a junior level equally as much as someone with an industry background.
