Our National client have a vacancy for someone to join their busy and dynamic Customer Service team. This client offers a fun and friendly environment and a fantastic reward and recognition scheme. Office experience isn't required as full training will be given. Customer Service Administrator - The Role: Handling inbound calls from customers, dealing with questions and queries Working towards SLAs to make sure deadlines are met Booking in appointments Following up communication via email Working with other departments to ensure a high level of service is achieved Develop knowledge of clients and contracts Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate: Outstanding customer service skills Excellent work ethic and driven to exceed client expectations Happy to work to targets and deadlines Able to work in a fast-paced environment Committed, reliable and flexible Positive and `can do` attitude Contributes to the team, focusing on the accomplishment of team goals Computer literate i.e. good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
