Position: Office Administrator / Receptionist Location: Derby Salary: £8 - £12 per hour Our client looking for a professional, experienced and reliable receptionist/ administrator to manage the company reception desk and provide support to visitors, employees and departments. Duties to Include: Ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks. Booking video conference meetings Maintaining the reception area Controlling access to the car park Ensure all services are provided in accordance with the agreed service levels. Requirements: Have previous customer service skills. Have exceptional communication skills at all levels, with a professional telephone manner.
