The Company Our client is a highly progressive and renowned German Powerhouse in the world of e-Mobility Batteries and Powertrain. As a leading provider of Complete Battery Systems to many progressive OEMs such as Porsche, Daimler and VAG they have built an enviable reputation for delivering highly innovative and robust Battery solutions that have contributed greatly to current NEV, BEV and PHEV models currently on the roads. As a result of their dynamic approach and continually enhanced reputation they are expanding operations across Europe, and now seek a Battery Systems Product Lead for their site near Munich. The Role • Management of projects in the offer and product development phase • Meeting project deadlines, quality and efficiency • Be the main point of management contact externally and internally • Co-ordinate and control subproject Managers from all departments • Construct, update and forecast the project plan, managing lead times and resource deployment • Request and co-ordinate project resources with specialist departments • Good knowledge of concepts in HV Battery Systems The Person Must have: • A degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on vehicle technology or similar qualification • Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management in Automotive Tier 1 supplier • Strong knowledge of Product Development processes in the Automotive industry • An expert knowledge of HV Battery Systems • Be able to speak basic English and German Are you looking for a long term progressive career with an innovative organisation?
