Overview
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join a Cambridge based company working 6am until 4pm Monday to Thursday. You will be working predominantly within a clean room environment with some associated administration. You will need to be reliable with a good understanding of inspection and quality systems. Responsibilities • Inspection of product in process and pre shipment • Confirming the conformance of incoming materials • Raise supplier RMAs and monitor response • Inspection of incoming RMAs • Maintain corrective actions • Correlation of data for Quality KPI's • Investigation into quality issues and non-conformance • Maintain Quality records including ECNs and Document register • Carry out internal audits (external ISO recognised training offered) • Maintenance of Quality System records and procedures Requirements • Methodical Approach with great attention to detail • Previous inspection experience • An understanding of ISO 9001:2015 processes • Ability to read engineering drawings • Comfortable with customer contact • Willing to work in cleanroom conditions
