Overview
Are you looking for a step up into a management role? Maybe you are already in management and need a challenge? Either way, this 50 bedded nursing home needs someone who can come in and lead by example. The home requires minor improvements and needs a deputy manager that is going to come in and make a difference with the new home manager. You will be working 37 hours a week over 4 days and will have a great opportunity to progress further if desired. You week will be split with 2 days clinical work and 2 days supernumery and you will need to be a good leader that can delegate effectively. Any further training, continued professional develpment or revalidation will be paid for and you will be supported through the process. A good mix of clinical and business skills will be required.
