Providing input at a senior level, this individual will shape the Pharmacovigilance team supporting the global safety unit based in the US. Guiding the entire team in Risk Management, you will be responsible for building the PV team over the next 12-18 months. Seeking a Medical Doctor, this organisation can offer career development as well as an exciting product portfolio in a variety of disease areas. Essential requirements: - Medical Doctor - Experience within Pharmacovigilance / Risk Management - In-depth knowledge of Risk Management plans - Aggregate Safety Reporting experience Responsibilities will include: - Leading the strategic plans and projects across the company portfolio - Ability to provide an in-depth analysis of relevant EU, ICH and FDA guidelines - Preparation, review and finalisation of safety documents focussing input on safety sections - Input extensively into the global safety team based in the US - Work cross functionally, providing expert Medical Safety advice - Guide the Safety team with the implementation of Risk Management Plans - Develop and maintain new Standard Operating Procedures - Provide technical, scientific and medical leadership into the safety risk unit Remuneration: The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary package plus an excellent benefits package including the likes of a share scheme, car allowance, bonus, private healthcare, pension scheme and much more.
