The Desktop & Applications team provide ownership for the design, development, management, architecture, operation and full lifecycle of all Desktop Infrastructure including SCCM, AD/GPO/GPP, Citrix, Client Desktop Engineering and configuration, client patching and Desktop AV. In addition to this, the team provide 'deep-dive' 3rd line support across Office. Technical Skills we need to see Active Directory engineering skills including OU design, Group Policy Preferences, Group Policy Objects, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Domain Controller Management and Roles Management Management of Desktop / Laptop security Tools e.g. Anti-virus, Anti-malware, heuristic AV products and also VPN technologies Microsoft SCCM - Microsoft and & 3rd Party Patching, Windows OS Desktop / Laptop Image creation Knowledge of project delivery cycles and frameworks Understanding of Quality O365; Exchange & SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDrive for Business Windows and Server Operating Systems management Application packaging & virtualisation Citrix - XEN App published Desktop & Published application Knowledge of project delivery cycles and frameworks Understanding of Quality Windows 10 build / deployment Scripting exposure - predominantly PowerShell What you will get in return Exceptional Career Progression within highly profitable prestige organisation Enviable Salary & annual review Exceptional Benefits - 27 days holiday, 5% Pension, Bonus, Dental, Health, Life Assurance, Child Care Vouchers, Income Protection On-going training and development This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step sideways or up into a highly prestigious environment.
