Network Engineer – Birmingham - £40,000 - £45,000 FTC Network Engineer Urgently required for a global business based in Solihull, I’m looking for candidate who have strong experience across Layer 2 and Layer 3 Networks, routing/switching with experience across firewalls. You will be working in a secure environment so SC clearance will be needed, You will work with a team of dedicated engineers who look after global networks for well know organisations. This will be a FTC role with a view to go Permanent. Get in touch ASAP Essential Requirements: Must have experience in the following area : At least 3 years in depth knowledge and problem solving experience of CISCO products Very Strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking Skills Strong skills in either Cisco Data Centre (Nexus, UCS, and /or Virtualization), Cisco Security and/ or Cisco Unified Communications (Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, etc.) technologies. Commercial knowledge – resource requirements, estimating and contractual awareness. CCNA/CCNP To be able to demonstrate experience in managing service delivery to clients in full scope of networks infrastructure.
