Senior UX Manager East Birmingham - £50-55k plus car/ bonus/ package Are you looking for the responsibility and autonomy for the research, experiments and design functions within digital, work closely with Snr Product Managers to turn concepts into tangible experiences, and be passionate problem solver, standing as the internal voice/ communicator of the customer, ensuring all efforts are focussed on making UX improvements which are beneficial for both our users and business. Manage the analysis, research, experiments and design process, consistently driving efficiencies and evolving the ways-of-working Oversee all aspects of digital UX including wireframing, prototyping, qual and quant analysis, research, and experiments Become the enabler for a team of highly creative and skilled colleagues, helping to manage priorities and clearing the path for success Build out and own the UX roadmap, aligning the team's priorities with the overall digital strategy and targets Identify digital growth opportunities and challenge current initiatives using both external market trends and an understanding of the latest customer needs Lead the digital design process, supporting the ongoing development of our GEL and playbook of learnings This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89804443
