Overview
Reed have the pleasure of partnering with one of the top 100 Educational Institutes in the World in their search for a Lead Business Analyst. You'll have the opportunity to join a collaborative team, delivering a range of high quality systems which support the delivery of successful IT Solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, business representatives, end-users and technical teams within the wider business network. What you'll be doing: Owning the development of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes as well as functional and non-functional requirements Collaboratively working with a range of stakeholders within IT to identify technical systems and process changes Taking a lead on workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to identify business drivers Mentoring coaching and supporting junior members of the Business Analyst team What makes you a fit for this role?
