Overview

Team Leader - Children's Residential An opportunity to join a well-established company to lead a team within a Children's Residential home. My Client is a well-established Children's Services provider with sites across the country. You will lead a team within a Young person's residential home and aim to be committed to the provision of high standards of care at all times. This role requires a willingness to work with a range of presenting needs of children as part of a wider team including education staff, fostering social workers, foster carers and therapists, with the aim of enabling children to successfully move into foster care Vacancy Name: Team Leader - Residential Children's Home Location: Leeds Salary: £21,560 - £25,450 (DOE) £36 per sleep in Hours per week: 39 Hours a week - working on a 3 week rota system Holiday Allowance: 30 days holiday which includes bank holidays Benefits: £36 per sleep in The home is treated like a home from home for both the young people and the team working on site. It offers a safe nurturing and therapeutic environment. The home is rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and is specifically designed to meet the needs of long term placements for young people aged between 7 and 11.
