Overview
New HR leader job in a large and growing HR Shared Service Centre in Leeds. A growing and highly successful financial services business in Leeds is looking for an ambitious and dynamic HR Team Leader to join their team. Reporting to and being mentored by the Head of HR, this job role is responsible for delivering excellent and efficient operational HR services to all UK employees, Managers and the wider HR teams. You will lead and deliver a diverse range of operational HR tasks across the employee life-cycle in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all stakeholders receive an excellent level of service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the HR service complies with best practices and legal requirements, to support delivery of key business strategies. Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of HR Administrators, coordinating the work and developing them is a key part of the responsibilities of this HR Team Leader job role. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an HR shared services environment, and have experience in leading and coaching a (small) team. A strong communicator and excellent problem solver is required, as you will also be heavily involved in a variety of HR Projects including systems changes and HR process improvements.
