Leading Women Work Experience Programme
Overview
If you're in your penultimate year at university, have an interest or experience in leadership and want to get ahead in your career - our Leading Women programme could be right for you. It’s one week of paid work experience within one of our service line teams (Assurance, Tax or Transactions) across the UK. What will you be doing? You'll be shadowing inspirational senior women within our business and supporting on real client work. You’ll hear about what we’re doing to promote gender equality in our industry and within EY and you'll hear about the career opportunities available to you with us. At the end of your placement, you’ll get personalised career counselling to help you decide where you want to go and how we can help you get there. Our 2020 programme will run for one week starting, Monday 15 June 2020.
