Overview
I am currently recruiting for an infrastructure engineer to work in Bristol. This role is initially for 6 months and does fall inside IR35. Acting as technical lead for implementation of complex projects, major hardware and systems upgrades, including liaison with business users and other areas of ICT, contributing to production of design documents and implementation plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast moving and challenging environment in order to deliver project work and business as usual incidents and problems resolution. Essential criteria: Ensure that the underlying ICT network, hardware and data storage systems that the ICT services are installed on are managed and maintained effectively as well as proactively and intrusively monitored and that any performance issues are dealt with promptly and ideally before users become aware of them.
