Overview

So you've got some great experience in providing IT software support on Microsoft Desktop but you've also got some language skills in French and you'd like to use these too This role will use all these skills and pay you handsomely for them. This organisation provides leading edge cancer treatment technology to hospitals and specialist medical treatment centres around the world and is constantly updating the software that makes it work You will be working with these customers (hence the need for foreign language skills) to ensure updates and user support is there for them to maintain critical treatment for their patients. From time to time you'll be flying out to these amazing treatment centres too and see first hand the impact you will have on patient lives. Software updates will typically take place at weekends but there is no night shifts and you get 2 days off during the week after your weekend of working. We'd like to see you have a degree or HNC in IT or computer science combined with technical knowledge of MS Desktop, SQL Server, Citrix, Outlook, WebEx and Salesforce. All in all, a great job using your IT and foreign language skills and a level of job satisfaction from saving lives that is hard to beat.
