PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR Thriving law firm in a wonderful Central London location aims to appoint an up and coming Property Litigator. In exchange for 1 or more years experience of all that is Property Litigation, you will have the opportunity to join this Highly Regarded Law firm with a broad client base of Landlords and Tenants working on excellent quality matters. This very diverse and interesting Property Litigation case load will encompass Real Estate, Residential, Commercial, Landlord and Tenant Matters. With a raft of other Property Litigation issues such as Party Walls, Boundary Disputes, Dilapidations and Professional Negligence Claims. A very interesting role indeed with excellent prospects of progression with the successful Property Litigation Solicitor becoming an integral part of the team. This Firm welcomes applications from Solicitors who are proven Property Litigators and from Litigators with a wealth of expertise in the Property Litigation space who now wish to focus their efforts on Property Litigation matters. With regard to level of PQE it is thought that the successful Property Litigator would need 1,2 or more years Post Qualification experience to have developed the expertise that is required to work on the matters that await.
