This very diverse Property Litigation case load will encompass Real Estate, Residential, Commercial, Landlord and Tenant Matters. With a raft of other Property Litigation issues such as Estate Management Party Walls, Boundary Disputes, Dilapidations, Service Charges, Contested Lease Renewals and Professional Negligence Claims. And this Firm welcomes applications from 2019 Admitted Solicitors sitting in Commercial Litigation Teams with expertise in the Property Litigation space who now wish to focus their efforts on Property Litigation matters. A very exciting role for a Property Litigator who gained admission in 2019. Excellent prospects of progression within this successful Property Litigation team.
