An extremely interesting Housing Litigation role awaits with matters encompassing: Disrepair Claims, Possession Claims, Civil Injunctions, Committal Applications, Succession, Tenancy Fraud and Advice and Policy work related to Housing. And this Firm welcomes applications from 2019 Admitted Solicitors sitting in Commercial Litigation Teams with expertise in Housing Litigation space who now wish to focus their efforts on Housing Litigation matters. Equally a very exciting role for a Housing Litigator who gained admission in 2019. Excellent prospects of progression within this successful Property Litigation team.
