Highly regarded law firm aims to strengthen their regulatory team with the appointment of a Risk and Compliance Manager. Working closely with an acclaimed COLP the successful Risk and Compliance Manager will enjoy a wide ranging role with the under lying aim, to ensure that this Firm identifies and manages risk effectively and discharges it's legal and regulatory responsibilities at all times. It is envisaged that the successful Risk and Compliance Manager will have hands on experience gained within a law firm as you will need to know the very latest SRA requirements and be fully up to date with the Regulatory Framework. Specific focus will be on: The SRA Code of Conduct, Anti- Money Laundering, Source of Funds, Data Protection and Conflicts of Interest. With regard to level, This Firm is completely open on Professional Qualifications and the successful Risk and Compliance Manager may be admitted as a lawyer in the UK or Similar Jurisdiction, OR equally you may well be qualified by experience and doing the job in another law firm Either way this firm has allocated a significant salary to this appointment which reflects the importance they have attached to their recruitment of a Compliance and Risk Manager.
