In-House Property Solicitor
Overview
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced property solicitor looking to work in-house and join a long-standing business that specialises in property and financial transactions in Warrington. As a property solicitor working within the in-house Legal Team, you will work across property transactions conducting due diligence and preparing reports on title. The transactions can range from a single existing building purchase through to larger scale residential development deals. You will be involved in drafting security documentation and attending to post-completion matters. The Legal Team also deals with security releases for loans upon redemption and loans in default. The in-house Legal Team is led by a highly experienced property solicitor who has worked in top tier Legal 500 law firms in the North West. Working together with experienced finance professionals, you will gain excellent experience across a broad range of property and finance transactions. The role is fast-paced and you need to have a good eye for detail and enjoy engaging with key clients as the company deals with repeat business and has long-standing relationships with clients. Importantly, you will be a good all-round property solicitor who has been exposed to property transactions either on the commercial or residential side with an understanding of the financial side of property deals. This role is ideal for a property solicitor thinking of moving into a role that can offer flexibility and a less rigid working culture. The location is easily commutable by car or train from Manchester, Liverpool and other areas in Cheshire.
