Associate Director - Occupier Estate Management London - 55,000 - 60,000 Investigo are working with one of the well known a global Real Estate consultancies', who boast several prominent and high profile Corporate Occupiers as their clients. The Role Provide a full Property / Estates Management solution to clients across EMEA Day-to-day communication with clients Management responsibility for multi-skill service lines across EMEA, delivering contracted services to clients and looking to cross-sell where possible Contribute to tenders and pitches for new business Mentorship or management of more junior members of staff The Person MRICS (essential) Experience of Occupier Estate Management, whether at another consultancy or in-house for a client Ability to lead, manage and grow Accounts Exposure to business development activity If you feel you meet the criteria please apply or more information contact George Arnold of Investigo.
