Michael Page are exclusively recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join a large commercial Not for Profit organisation based in Central Leeds. Client Details The client is a large commercial Not for Profit organisation based in Central Leeds. They are a leading organisation with an excellent reputation and offer an award-winning service. They are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their established Finance team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation with a chance for the role to grow and develop. Description As a Financial Accountant, duties will include but are not limited to, producing the financial accounting month end provisions, producing quarterly scheme expenses papers, producing the annual reports and accounts, preparing the annual scheme accounts, preparing the VAT returns, producing balance sheet reconciliations, providing support to the wider finance team, preparing statutory returns, producing the annual financial statements, developing new processes and procedures, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties. Profile The successful candidate will: Be a Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL Have worked within Financial Accounts ESSENTIAL Have prepared balance sheet reconciliations ESSENTIAL Have identified and implemented processes improvements DESIRABLE Have excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL Job Offer £35,000 - £40,000 Financial Accountant Leeds based Large Not for Profit organisation competitive benefits package
