Overview
A great opportunity within the media sector has arisen for a payroll and benefits specialist who will take sole responsibility for the payroll. You will provide ownership of the UK as well as the wider company benefit schemes, working with the Finance team to take responsibility for their UK and international payroll whilst implementing and organising new payroll process. The primary responsibilities include full service payroll processing in an outsourcing format. You will manage and evaluate operational processes and procedures, develop recommendations and drive process standardization and improved controls ensuring process effectiveness and efficiencies for payroll.
