Overview
My client is looking for a Senior Credit Controller for a 6 month temporary contract , the role will pay up to £16.50 per hour ( Milton Keynes) Senior Credit Controller - Milton Keynes - up to £16.50 per hour - Temporary 6 months - Preparing monthly collections processes within prescribed guidelines. Performing follow-ups ensuring to collect outstanding balances by email and telephone. Maintaining accounts receivable customer files and records. Chase overdue invoices via telephone and proactively prevent possible bad debt Maintaining and updating the ledger database Undertaking complex reconciliations and investigating any queries that may arise Preparing documentation for legal action Handle queries Fostering and maintaining good business relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external). Identifying and recommending process improvements related to own work. SAGE - desirable Available for work , short or no notice Working knowledge of the above duties Role will be remote working for a period of time (Senior Credit Controller)
