The pub restaurant has recently appointed a new head Chef, who is looking for chefs with a good background in pub restaurants and hotel that enjoys using quality fresh ingredients and enjoys working as part of a team. A good understanding and knowledge of food preparation and food production; Great knife skills; Great preparation & presentation Skills; Knowledge of kitchen equipment; Ability to understand both oral and written instructions; Knowledge of hygiene & COSH standards; Knowledge of good personal hygiene; Ability to follow recipes and nutritional values of food; Ability to work independently, as a group or lead; Ability to organize work and have a good work flow; Ability to work effectively with co-workers, detainees and supervisors.
