Chef de Partie Rosette Brecon, Powys, Wales upto 22K Plus Tips and Live In A great opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this superb, multi Rosette awarded, Country House Hotel. The talented Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Rosette experience, somebody who is keen to learn new skills and join an enthusiastic team pushing for higher accolades. As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team. You will assist with a variety of daily tasks which will include organising a section and cooking during service.
