Are you experienced in Sales Support or Account Management? Would you consider yourself to be 'techy’ with an interest in the technical industry? Fantastic career prospects are available so they are looking for a real 'go getter’ Role responsibilities: Looking after small/medium accounts in the European region Supporting Account Managers in various locations globally Making outbound calls to customers to provide an overview of products and services Sending our quotes to customers and processing orders Testing and shipping equipment Managing the CRM Any other ad hoc tasks as required The ideal candidate: Previous sales support or account management experience Experience in dealing with International customers Must have an interest in the tech industry. Previous experience within a technical role would be an advantage Strong ability to retain product knowledge Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Must be comfortable working with a dog in the office What’s in it for you?
