Overview

We are currently recruiting for Complex Care Community Nurses in Crewe to join a supportive team of national nurses providing complex care in the home. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, with 'on call' hours approximately 1 week out of 10. As this is a field-based role, a full UK driving licence is required. Mileage expenses will be paid. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated highly skilled and conscientious individuals who are looking to make a difference to the clients' lives. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist your role is to provide effective leadership and clinical management of the Complex Care service. Ensuring the professional delivery of a high quality, cost effective, complex care service across the allocated locality within a defined group of clients. Your role is to ensure that the Complex Care Team are fully compliant with all policies, procedures, regulations and clinical best practice. You will work as part of a team ensuring that your clients always receive an effective and efficient service that meets their chosen lifestyle, within a safe environment.
