Overview
This recruitment company specialises in Commercial and business support vacancies in and around the Coventry area. Due to recent growth they require an experienced recruitment consultant to manage a very warm and busy commercial desk. Previous recruitment experience is essential and local geographical knowledge is desirable though may not be essential. The company pride themselves in 100% staff retention, and have an encouraging and motivated manager who will train and mentor consultants. You will receive additional training internally and on external courses. An excellent commission scheme is in place which is both personal and team focused as well as other regular incentives including days off and weekend breaks.
