Customer Service Advisor Salary: 20k P/A Hours: (Shift Pattern) Monday - Friday, 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00-13:00 Nouvo Recruitment are working with a well-established growing organisation in the local area who are market leaders in their sector. Your duties; Responding to general customer enquiries via telephone and email Processing and investigate payments and billing issues Ensure all company procedures are followed Skills & Knowledge Required; Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Computer literate Excellent attention to detail Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
