Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity working as a Customer Service Assistant, for my client based in Tring, Hertfordshire. The position is extremely varied and would suit someone from a customer service background looking for the next step on their career path. My client provides highly sophisticated networks to support the transmission of voice, video and data traffic in a wide variety of applications. They have a team of highly trained and experienced engineers, to guide clients from initial concept and design through to full network implementation and commissioning. You will be dealing with inbound customer calls and must be confident on the phone to make and receive calls and arrange appointments. You will be updating customer records, as well as taking payments over the phone and general admin duties including post and preparing shipments. You will also be involved in developing and updating social media channels, so if you have experience of website design and maintenance or would like to gain more experience in this field this is an ideal opportunity for you. If you have the enthusiasm to learn but not the knowledge, you will be trained in this. You need to have an eye for detail and able to record information accurately, as you will be working with printers on copy writing and proof reading.
