Role Info Service On-Boarding & Transition Manager - Field / Remote Managed Services | ITIL PRINCE 2 or MSP Certified Remote-Based with travel to Saint Ives PE27 | £45,000 - £55,000 Company Benefits Who we are: As a Digital Transformation Partner, we accompany companies into the digital future. The Service On-Boarding & Transition Manager Role: Working as part of a hand-picked team you’ll be working on the Transitions of new and renewed contracts into our rapidly expanding customer base as well as internal customer projects. You will play a key role in ensuring and verifying that contractual obligations have appropriate SLAs and that commercial and technical resource are in place to allow new services to be adopted and supported. This will involve ensuring the validity of requirements that have been captured, making sure they are accurate and sufficiently detailed and that the necessary due diligence has been conducted. You will then be responsible for: Creating a Transition plan and coordinating the required resources to deliver the transition from the project team into live service and support. Post delivery providing early life contact support and whilst ensuring both contractual and commercial elements are delivered as agreed. As a market leader in our field with extensive qualifications and support from our business partners we aim to go from strength to strength towards a brighter future to further strengthen our position as a Managed Services provider. About You: Ideally PRINCE 2 or MSP Practitioner certified. Experience in transitioning a range of sized projects from Project to Live Service. Have worked within a Transitioning team or had a similar role. Knowledge about platforms such as Azure, Office 365, CSP, Virtual server environments as well as end user experience such as end customer engagement via a service desk function. Ability to work interactively and flexibly within the technical teams. Good leadership and motivation skills. Strong communicator at all levels Good project/program management skills Systems and IT literate Have good understanding of ITIL methodology Prince 2, PMP, MSP Practitioner desirable ITIL Foundation Role Info: Location: Home based but travel St Ives office will be required (at least once a week) Hours: Standard 37.5 hours per week. 09:00 to 17:30 Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Benefits & Perks: Includes: 25 days annual leave, life assurance, healthcare cash plan, employee assistance programme, on-line discounts & savings platform, free parking, spot bonus scheme, recruitment bounty scheme, dress down Friday, fundraising, sports & social club, health and well-being programme.
