Overview

Positions: 2 Job: Permanent / Full-Time Location: Warrington Due to continued business growth and investment our client who is an established, market leading tyre company requires additional Customer Service Route Planner(s) to join their National Control Centre team. This is an office, telephone and PC based position. Duties will include: Assist in providing a professional nationwide mobile tyre service. Allocating daily work schedules to their team of 5-8 Mobile Tyre Technicians. Liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone and email. Updating customers on the current status of their booking Ordering daily stock and communicating with colleagues. Notifying and arranging for a mobile technician to attend customer site To provide details to the mobile technician of the customers situation and details of where they are. Providing technicians with continuous work throughout their daily shift. Organising and distributing the workload effectively and efficiently Ensuring that every technician attends to the customer within the agreed times. Taking credit card payments where necessary Liaising with customers, managers, suppliers and colleagues Achieving agreed targets and KPI's This is a fast paced, challenging and at times pressurised working environment. You will be working within a professional team and must therefore be prepared to be flexible. On the job training is provided. Skills and experience required: Applicants must have previous experience of working within a similar customer service / route planning role and ideally have some understanding / interest in the transport / motor industry. Tyre product knowledge would be advantageous Have excellent verbal communication and customer care skills Be PC literate Good planning and organisational skills Be methodical Have the ability to remain calm when in difficult situations and when under pressure Have the ability to get the best from your team Be flexible, open minded and adaptable Be highly self-motivated and focused Working hours: 44 hours per week, 1 x Monday to Friday Saturday AM (1/3 Saturday once training has been completed) 1 x 4 days on / 4 days off (during training Mon-Fri Sat AM). Interviews to be held locally.
