3-6 week temporary assignment Fun and supportive team Training provided The Company Join this market leading Employment Solutions company as a Customer Service Consultant to help manage the inbound calls. Being the first point of contact for the customers is a crucial role within the business and detailed training is provided to ensure you can be the best at what you do. The Role Be the key person in our relationship with our client, assisting them with their queries Manage our inbound call volume, keeping the client in mind at all times Be actively engaged with our clients to provide them with accurate and timely information Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday Your Skills and Expertise A people person who communicates well, especially over the phone Motivated and strive for excellence in all they do Energised to thrive in a fast paced, fun and supportive team environment Strong with your administrative competencies If you have customer service or call centre background and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service support please send me your CV
