Are you looking for a new role with an immediate start? Do you want to work for a large well-known brand? I am actively recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside a major company in Warrington. This is a full time and permanent position (temporary/ contract options are available) The Role: You will be talking to customers over the phone about their accounts, answering a wide range of questions and queries The role is all about the quality of customer service and ensuring they experience the best journey and service, so being friendly, able to use your initiative and problem solving skills will be key The calls are all inbound, with the occasional call back to update a customer you have already spoken with Requirements for the role: Full training will be provided at the start of the role- covering a mixture of classroom training and on the job training Requirements You will need to be a great listener and communicator listener Someone who loves talking to people and understanding their needs You will be someone who can work well on their own, but also as part of a team Computer literate with attention to detail and data entry skills Someone with a keen eye for detail, and can capture information clearly and accurately An immediate start for this position is available along with excellent benefits and huge opportunity For more information on this position and various different options, please contact Megan Hughes at accountable on .
