Job Description Positions: 1 Location: Warrington Job Status: Full time / Permanent Due to continued investment and company expansion, our client who is an established tyre company requires an additional Customer Service Agent / Route Planner to join their National Control Centre team. This is an office, telephone and PC based position. Duties will include: Assist in providing a professional nationwide mobile tyre fitting service. Making in-bound and outbound telephone calls to customers updating them on the current status of their booking, to suppliers ordering daily stock and communicating with colleagues. Logging customer details and locations onto a bespoke computer system Notifying and arranging for a mobile technician to attend customer site To provide details to the mobile technician of the customers situation and details of where they are. Providing technicians with continuous work throughout their daily shift. Organising and distributing the workload effectively and efficiently Ensuring that every technician attends to the customer within the agreed times. Taking credit card payments where necessary Liaising with customers, managers, suppliers and colleagues Achieving agreed targets and KPI's This is a fast paced, challenging and at times pressurised working environment. You will be working within a professional team and must therefore be prepared to be flexible. On the job training is provided. Skills and experience required: Applicants would ideally have some experience of working within a similar role as well as an understanding of the transport / motor industry. Tyre product knowledge would be advantageous Have excellent verbal communication and customer care skills Be PC literate Good planning and organisational skills Be methodical Have the ability to remain calm when in difficult situations and when under pressure Have the ability to get the best from your team Be flexible, open minded and adaptable Be highly self motivated and focused Working hours: 44 hours per week (Between, Mon to Fri 08.30 - 19.00hrs Sat 08.30 - 13.00hrs but there is also the option of working 4 days on / 4 days off ).
