Overview
A global business is looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to be based from their office on the Hampshire / Surrey border. The successful candidate will be part of an infrastructure team tasked with supporting and enhancing a global infrastructure. In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an IT Systems Administrator, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer or similar infrastructure-focused role in a medium / large multi-site environment. It is also essential to have the following skills / experience: Strong networking skills including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and routing, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls & WiFi Solid technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Office 365, SQL Server & Powershell Some familiarity with cloud technologies, ideally Azure Any industry-related certifications or exposure to DevOps environment / technologies will be considered highly beneficial, but are not essential. This is a great chance to join a forward-thinking company with the opportunity to work on both business as usual and project tasks. This role is paying £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
