With all your attributes, you’re already half way to being a top billing recruiter. Once you join the business, you’ll undergo a mixture of group/one to one training on all the technical aspects of the job. This will include; A 12 week structured training programme A mentorship programme Regular 1 to 1 meetings Learning on the job Shadowing client and candidate meetings from Day 1 Specialist sales training from external partners What benefits will you get as a Recruitment Consultant?
