Page personnel are recruiting a procurement administrator on behalf of our client based in Grimsby. This role is perfect for someone looking to join an international organisation team with lots of opportunity for progression. . Client Details In this role you will be supporting the procurement team directly, working to ensure clear and concise communication with all suppliers and customers, as well as general administration and data entry. Description Key Responsibilities Support with the preparation of procurement documentation in line with legal requirements. Data Input and including collating procurement data, and preparation of presentations Co-ordinating and acting as a first point of contact for suppliers and internal partners. Support market research, including researching and investigating new contacts and products. Support with the ongoing assessment of current suppliers, against clear criteria filing, data management, meeting minutes and general administration Profile Key Skills Good level of computer literacy and accuracy. Good knowledge and working level of excel, word and PowerPoint. Good time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills. A growing knowledge of import/export regulations & documents. A growing knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation Job Offer Monday to Friday Competitive salary Opportunity for progression
