Overview
We are seeking positive, caring individuals to join our well-motivated and highly professional team, providing a supported living service for people with a learning disability. Our aim is to enable individuals to enjoy a high quality of life and to be active in their community. We currently have two wake night positions available, one located in the Rastrick area, the other in Boothtown, Halifax. Ideally you will have prior experience of providing care and support to people with learning disabilities. However, this is not essential as we can offer full training to people who have strong person centred values and are passionate about making a difference. Our accredited training programmes include Health and Social Care Diplomas and we will support your continuous professional development. You must be able to meet the communication needs of our service users and you must be in good health and physically able to support people with mobility needs for our Rastrick service.
