1st Line IT Support Engineer - London - £35K £25K - £35K depending on experience additional shift allowance Please note - this role will consist of one night shift (8pm - 8am) every five weeks. Please ensure you are happy to undertake this before applying. You will receive an allowance for this in addition to your base salary. A global Managed Service Provider based in central London is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who ideally already has helpdesk experience that wants to grow and progress into 2nd/3rd line roles. Due to the size of this business, they are excellent opportunities for progression internally, coupled with formal training and funded certifications. They are looking for a problem solver to ensure that first line requests are resolved quickly and efficiently, or progressed appropriately to second/third line engineers. This role will entail a mix of internal and external support, therefore good communication and customer service skills are a necessity.
