Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. Based at our branch in Preston you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base by selling our products whilst delivering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. Reporting into the branch manager, you will deal with inquiries for products and services, as well as looking to target new business. You will also have responsibility for providing accurate quotes, order management and resolution of queries day to day, whilst continually looking for ways to improve work processes and procedures. We are looking for someone who thrives on working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks whilst building and maintaining quality relationships with team members and key customer contacts. Full training will be provided for this role and on our product range Brammer Buck & Hickman is Europe’s leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, including bearings & seals, mechanical & electrical power transmission, fluid power, tools & maintenance and health & safety.
